After checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours. Please verify all details including item selections, sizes, colors, and shipping address. Any discrepancies must be reported within 12 hours via email to [email protected]. Unreported errors may result in incorrect shipments.
While rare, we may cancel orders if inventory discrepancies occur. In such cases, you'll be notified immediately and receive a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders exhibiting suspicious activity, including bulk purchases exceeding 10 identical items.
All displayed prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes and duties. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges will NOT appear in your order total but may be collected upon delivery.
Most items ship within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces require 7-14 business days for production before shipping. Transit times vary: 5-10 business days domestically, 10-21 days internationally. Tracking information becomes active 24-48 hours after dispatch. During peak seasons, additional processing delays may occur.
You may return unworn, unaltered items with original tags within 21 days of delivery. Final sale items (marked as such) are ineligible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds process within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability and require a new order placement.
If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos/video evidence. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund once we verify the issue. This policy doesn't cover normal wear or damage caused after delivery.
