    Order Cancellation

    Fashion choices evolve, and we understand that. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our processing stage (typically within 3 hours of purchase for our couture pieces). To cancel, email us immediately at [email protected]. After this 3-hour window, cancellations cannot be processed as our atelier begins crafting your garment, but our generous return policy allows for post-delivery solutions.


    Returns & Exchanges

    Your satisfaction with our designer collections is paramount. We offer a 45-day return window from delivery date - significantly longer than standard fashion retailers to accommodate special occasion needs. Exchanges are available for size adjustments or color variations of the same style, or you may select an alternative gown of equal value from our current collection.


    Return Conditions

    Eveningwear requires meticulous care. To qualify for return, items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unaltered, with all original tags (including our designer authenticity tag) intact, and returned in the protective garment bag provided. Please note that any makeup stains, perfume odors, or removed security tags will void return eligibility. We recommend trying gowns over undergarments on clean surfaces to maintain fabric integrity.


    Exchange Conditions

    For size exchanges, we require the returned gown to meet all original condition standards. Our stylists will process your exchange request within 7 business days of receiving your return. When exchanging for a different style, please allow additional time for our fashion consultants to verify current inventory of couture pieces. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly - we'll either charge the difference for upgrades or refund the balance for lower-priced selections.


    Shipping Fees

    A $15 return shipping fee applies to cover our specialized garment handling and quality inspection process. This fee is waived for items that arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error. For international returns, additional customs fees may apply. We strongly recommend using our prepaid return label to ensure proper tracking of your valuable couture pieces.


    Refunds

    Refunds for approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 12-18 business days. This extended period allows our quality team to thoroughly inspect each returned garment - eveningwear requires more meticulous examination than casual apparel. You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is initiated, followed by a personal note from our customer care team.


    Note:

    Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-made or altered pieces are non-refundable. For seasonal collections, exchanges are subject to current inventory - if your desired alternative is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit. We limit exchanges to two per order to maintain fairness across our clientele.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received your refund after 18 business days: (1) Check with your bank as some institutions require additional processing time (2) Verify your spam folder for our confirmation emails (3) If unresolved, contact [email protected] with your order details. Our couture concierge team will personally track your refund and provide daily updates until resolution. We value your trust in our brand and will ensure your experience remains as refined as our designs.
